Patrick being our project manager kept the project going despite the obstacles found from a previous remodel done before we owned the house. Patrick had to deliver negative news regarding unplanned changes we would have to make numerous times several days in a row, as the house was not up to code and very dangerous for our family. These were things we would need to pay out of pocket to fix. Patrick did an excellent job of managing the project and getting the work completed as quickly as possible despite the obstacles and challenges he faced (and there were a lot of them!). We appreciate how he kept us completely informed on what was happening, and when things would be done.
Tamme Racine was a great asset and help with design and colors in our kitchen as we are quite decorating challenged! Tamme personally came to the house many times to help us put color schemes together to compliment what we wanted. Tamme was very flexible with us when we changed our minds on colors, countertops and paint…multiple times. On one particular time when Patrick discovered our color choices for countertops were discontinued, Tamme came directly over to help us choose again and again!
These two team players made it possible for us to endure the aches and pains of a remodel that became extended in time due to the challenges they faced with the problems from the previous remodel on our house years ago. Patrick and Tamme were always positive, understanding, supportive, and helpful with all the challenges.
Thank you Patrick and Tamme for making a job that could have been very disastrous and frustrating into an endurable and positive experience with with your help in making our kitchen beautiful and teenager proof (if there is such a thing)! Because of you two we made it through! We All love you both!

Rick was a great project manager. I truly believed his purpose on this project was to make me happy (no small task). He consulted with me on every decision especially when he thought I wouldn't like something (i.e. the metal floor strips).

We just wanted to write a note to thank you for everything you did while remodeling our home. You turned our boring, boxy, kitchen/dining/living room area into a bright, inviting living space. We appreciated your attention to detail, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
From the beginning, you were attentive to our concerns and needs. Dorman and Megan really listened to our complaints regarding our old kitchen and incorporated creative solutions into the new kitchen's design. Instead of creating another cookie-cutter kitchen, they utilized our limited space so we can now fully utilize all appliances and cupboard space and suggested solutions that we had not previously thought of. We love that you used our existing antique bar stools and constructed a lovely platform to accommodate them. The prep sink was a great suggestion, and we appreciated that you included the butcher block in your designs. Thanks to their initial efforts, and the work of everyone to execute their conception, our house has new life and energy.
We appreciated Frank's attention to detail. The bar, cabinets, and counters all turned out beautifully. The sinks and faucets work perfectly. The white oak floor is a masterpiece in itself; in this world of faux wood and laminates, we were impressed with the work and care that was taken to install our wood and tile flooring. Even the minimal expansion for our laundry area has been a vast improvement. Our primary reason for the expansion was entirely functional; in practice, the few extra inches are a huge improvement over what we had before.
Remodeling is, by its nature, an intrusive process; your team helped to soften the stress by remaining conscientious, professional, and friendly. A notable example of this attentiveness was when you came in on Fridays specifically to move the washer and dryer so that we didn't have to spend the day at a Laundromat. The family member most affected by the remodel was our Yorkshire terrier, Buttons; thank you for greeting her in the mornings so she at least knew who was making all the noise in her domain. The craftsmen who worked on our house did very good work; we have not discovered any places where things were left incomplete or where jobs were not executed to their fullest.
So, again, thank you for all the exceptional work you did to turn our boring house into a home we can be proud of. Our friends and family have unanimously agreed with our conclusion: you did a terrific job!

We want you to know how pleased we are with the remodeling project to our home. We especially thank Matt, who managed the job, for his great attitude, good workmanship and a few of his own innovations that worked out quite well. The sunroom addition was the main reason for the remodeling. This turned out to be spectacular. The efforts of T Square to make it fit with the overall design of the home and to take advantage of the forest view are appreciated. We enjoy that room and spend much time there. The adjoining bedroom, with its new closet is much more functional. The addition of solatube lighting in the closet and bathroom works well. The newly designed master bathroom shower, with its rain showerhead and the European style spray head, meets with unanimous approval of all that see it. The family room transition from a non-used slider door to a picture window makes the room more functional.
Thank you T-Square for the beautiful job. We love our expanded family room and 8 foot slider open to our backyard. Everyone we worked with were pleasant and helpful. We'd highly recommend T-Square. Have a great summer and thanks to everyone!
